The Tulsa Zoo, America's Favorite Zoo, is an ideal partner and host for the Millennium Center project. More than 550,000 visitors come through the zoo each year.
The Zoo has a conservation mission, talented educators, and long-term management capability.
In addition, the Millenium Center Home can be built on public land. And the Millennium Center Home will be well-situated near the Zoo’s Conservation Center and Butterfly Exhibit. (picture on right)
Once constructed, the natural traffic flow from the home will lead visitors directly into the Butterfly Exhibit, making it seem as if they were transitioning into the backyard of a real home.
